The beginning
From frustration to a firm
Amory Protective Services did not start in a boardroom. It started on the ground — watching properties across Houston pay for security and receive absence. Guards who clocked in and disappeared. Vendors who went quiet the moment something went wrong. Reports that never came.
We decided the fix was not a bigger company. It was an accountable one. So we built a firm around a single promise: the person who sells you the contract is the same person who answers when it matters. That owner-led standard runs through every post we staff and every case we take.
Today we are a licensed Texas security and investigations firm — TX DPS #C10435101 — serving apartment communities, malls and shopping centers, property managers, attorneys, entertainers, schools, and HOAs. We added investigations and locksmith services for one reason: our clients kept needing them, and kept getting let down by everyone else.
